He was scary, in an oh my god this crazy bastard is going to kill me kind of way.

I'm not saying he's not right, just that it would mean more coming from someone that wouldn't have sniffed the big leagues if he didn't fight. Crosby and Malkin certainly do their fair share of stickwork, I won't deny that.

The difference is the Flyers would be smart to get Malkin mad, it takes him off his best game and he is more likely of the two to get called for his slashes.

Not sure if this has been posted here already. If so I apologize for the leightness. Great comments from Berube about Malkin and Crosby. Also great clip of Lava playing lumberjack with Talbot's stick. Hadn't seen that before, and it probably explains why his fine was so much higher than Granato's.

Any analysis on these 2 guys that were just signed? Flyers signed Matt Read in March 2011 and he made the team out of camp the following year. Flyers sign 2 d-man, one stays with his WHL team and the other one comes up to Adirondack.

Any chance either of these guys make the team out of camp?
