I guess Pronger skating in warmups didn't really inspire the D

Good to see him out there though.

- aosplayo

not like that's going to turn carle in to a good player

Yeah, and they're 6-2-2 over the last ten games.

I'm guessing you could win the powerball or mega millions and be pissed off that the fake big check at the press conference was white instead of blue

- Jsaquella

no he'd get pissed off that he'd lose a good chunk to taxes

I was referring to the last 7 games with the Rangers. If my math is correct, 16 points up for grab, and barring a miracle Flyers will have posted zero points.

And when the playoffs start next week, that won't mean jack squat!

He hasn't been terrible but he has not been sharp. Way over-committed on the 2nd goal. Fat rebounds in front.
- PT21

first game coming off an injury he's still playing with, didnt expect him to be perfect. the second goal he made a great save on first shot but might have over played it, looked like he might have gotten tangled up with carle at top of crease. D is letting guys walk down the slot and behind everyone, not clearing rebounds, bad turnovers and decisions with the puck.

Well I was thinking of team D actually, the forwards weren't doing their best in the first, but again I could care less about this game, just make it out without anyone getting hurt and get some work for Bryz

Kubina among others had rough 1st period
He seems to struggle moving the puck behind the net and in the corner

Yea my friend at the game said he skated with the team. Please someone else confirm cause by friend can be an A-hole, but I pressed him about it.

Just having a bad game overall as a team. You can sort of expected this after that high intensity game on Sunday.

Wow, really? I hadn't heard he skated with the team (don't get the pre-game on NHL Center Ice). That's good news! True, doesn't seem to have done much to help them in this game, but based on the information available about Pronger as recently as a few weeks ago, I'm pleasantly surprised to hear that he can even participate in warmups.

Still a long road ahead, but this at least makes me think it's somewhat possible he plays next season.

EDIT - wtf, not confirmed? This better not be BS.

There are no reports that I find on any of the media outlets. I think you were duped. Hard to believe that it happened. No mention of it on the broadcast either

He gave up a bad rebound on the 2nd goal, but if anyone besides Boyle was there, it would have been out of reach or he would have had an extra split second to get reset.

I didn't expect Bryz to look great, and honestly, I don't think he's played badly. The team defense has been horrendous.

Can you really see that happening at this point of the Season? What would be the point of it?

Just one of those games. It sucks bc its against the Rangers but what can you do. Once the playoffs start the records are tossed out the window.

I heard Pronger had a good day for the first time in weeks, but hadn't heard he skated with the team.

I'd be really surprised if he did.

Why not? Assuming he was cleared for it what would be the harm in skating in warmups? As I said, I thought it was unlikely, but then again I thought it was unlikely he'd be in the stands for the MTL game too, and he was.

They're fighting it badly...all I know is I'm pouring rum for Jobu so he can make Grossmann healthy
