Im not even mad, just don't get any injuries and let Bryz get some work.
- aosplayo

A loss is one thing, but it's a little aggravating to get pummeled like this.

Flyers have had enough chances that this could be a tie game, or at least a closer game. Difference is the Rangers buried every chance they got, and the Flyers missed all of theirs. Lunqvist has made some good saves (Simmonds), but so has Bryz.

Flyers D coverage is weak, and they're not capitalizing on their chances. Against the Rangers, that's a disaster.

Holy (frank) this is a joke. Can't wait to see people defend this poopshow.
- PLindbergh31

There is no need to defend it. It is what it is. Let's overreact and claim the sky is falling.

Yea, I know Id be pissed if I were there, almost went, $95 lower level.

But since it's Pittsburgh anyway in the first round the sting of this is lessened a bit. Especially since Consol Energy is our home away from home. They've changed their warmup song to Knock Knock

Indeed. A skull (frank)ing of epic proportions for the 8th straight game. No big deal though.

Carle needs to do a better job of getting in the passing lane. It was a clear open lane to make that pass from behind the net. There was a multitude of breakdowns on the play.
- MJL

Fair enough. Still seems to me like the wide open d-man in the low slot was the biggest issue on that play, and that's not Carle's check.

i said to my gf after the first couple minutes, this feels like a game where we wont capitalize on all these early chances and early pressure even with the puck bouncing all over there crease, and one mistake the other way and its going to end up in the back of our net.

Philly is just tanking this game so the Rags get first and we have to play the Flyers

Am I mistaken, I thought the Flyers beat Pittsburgh last game? Oh well, I must have dreamed it.

Flyers are 6-2-2 in the last 10 games.

in my opinion Bryz was in a groove where he played a lot over a span of one month. He got hurt and now is returning from that injury. We basically threw him into the fire, which is alright because he's our number one guy. He just has to regain that groove now. The Rangers are only the number 1 team in the east and fighting to be number one in the league. That's all..

No it wasn't his check. But he didn't do much to help out on it.

Yeah, and they're 6-2-2 over the last ten games.

I'm guessing you could win the powerball or mega millions and be pissed off that the fake big check at the press conference was white instead of blue

I was referring to the last 7 games with the Rangers. If my math is correct, 16 points up for grab, and barring a miracle Flyers will have posted zero points.
