the game was way harder when playing single player.

so if he beat Baal on NM playing single thats more impressive than paying someone a rune to run you through the game

Dont know if you read my second reply. But the ATI x1950 is twice as powerful as your HD3400 series...

yea...i dont game much. Parents didnt really let me play/own any vids until i was closer to 12-13 and by then I was playing too many sports to really care to play. Its only now that im older that I play from time to time

mind you...I only have patience for COD...have tried many games everyone seemingly loves (God of war etc) and jsut get bored...even got bored of NHL after a few weeks. Just not my thing I guess.

thats the thing...I dont have the time either...thats why COD is good cause you can just get a few quick games in and leave...each (online) game is about 5minutes...so no need to get too involved. The story modes goes on and on and I just get disinterested cause I cant commit to it.

Tried the new Batman game...but again...after a week and still not being too far in the game, I gave up

f'n sweet card.. its even 3d capable

Well, my computer is 3.5 years old. I got it back in October 2008. I just heard back from my buddy who knows computers and he says my video card will be fine

The only thing I'm concerned about is my video card. I'm pretty sure I have ABOVE the recommended requirements in everything else:

Recommended Requirements:

* Windows® Vista/7 (latest service packs)
* Intel® Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 5600+ 2.8 GHz
* 2 GB RAM
* NVIDIA® GeForce® 260 or ATI Radeon™ HD 4870 or better

I have:

* Windows Vista
* Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz
* 3GB RAM
* ATI Radeon HD 3400 series

So like I said, only thing that worries me is the video card. I know the ATI Radeon HD 3400 series isn't as good as the ATI Radeon HD 4870.

BUT does anyone know if the 3400 series I have is better than either NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800 GT or the ATI Radeon™ X1950 Pro. Those 2 are the ones it states for the MINIMUM requirements. So if my video card is at least better than those I should be fine.

Go to www.tomshardware.com and look up the video card benchmarks to get an idea of relative performance.

If you have a desktop, upgrading to a sufficient video card should be cheap... they are not asking for any serious horsepower in their requirements.

... going to guess an on-board Intel video card, but probably of a sufficient power to run the game.
