Does anyone know more about the Schultz situation? Is he close to signing with the Ducks? or is he outright refusing? If so has he spoken to anyone yet or does he have to wait till the offseason.

I own everything inside of the "foundation" of the house...the actual foundation/exterior/windows/roof and backyard I dont "own". So I can do whatever I want to the inside provided I dont go into the foundation, and If i want to do something in the backyard like fence/deck I need permission.

Its kinda nice though cause I dont pay water, they cut my grass and shovel the snow first thing in the morning when it snows. Its a smaller complex too so my place is only grouped with a total of about 12 units.

i was honestly HOWLING reading UG's posts.

like he thought he was writting from a pedestal and everything he said was bang on and the best part....a few comments like "i saw that coming" - and of course the Napoleon comments, or how about when fakepartofme and him were arguing, i was like this is amazing....then bold got into it and it was just pure jokes. people should pay to watch those guys argue about nothing for hours.
