Not sure... he did admit that Price is a "Big Body Presence"

Converts him to play center.

Mike brown.
- Timeforsoup

That's as close as you could possibly get...but it's too similar to seeing a box of donuts on the counter and thinking "Yes!! Totally grabbing a donut, Boston Cream here I come" and then you open the lid and see half a double chocolate, a sour cream and a coconut sprinkled.

Brown is the half double chocolate...it's good, but it's not what you wanted.

Trade our number 6 overall pick plus Mike Komisarek for Tampa Bay Number 9 and number 25

Trade number 9 plus Clarke MacArthur to Washington for number 13 and number 15 overall

Draft: Derrick Pouliot, Brendan Gaunce and Malcom Subban

I was saying the same thing 2 weeks ago except I'd stop after the Tampa trade. Take Gaunce, Wilson and then whichever goalie is on the board with our 2nd.

Wilson is worthless. Can people stop talking about this guy? He's got 9 goals all year. The Leafs already wasted a pick on Jamie Devane years back. No need to waste a 1st round pick on a slug like Wilson if they're lucky enough to get another one.

I think Gaunce is a sleeper and given that Griegerenko, Galchenyuk will both be gone I'd rather Gaunce and a second 1st round pic than Radek Faska

Kilger was an effective 3rd liner. I give him credit for that. Nailing the team masseuse too. More credit.

Tampa Bay is not taking Komisarek AND giving up an extra 1st round pick while doing it. Keep. Dreaming.

Oh I remember, but I'd actually be willing to try Dion. He's got the size, decent skater, he can't play defense anyways.

And why would Vokoun want to waste what little time he was left with the Leafs? Same goes for Biron.

Unfortunately, veteran goaltenders, especially good ones, don't want to screw around in Toronto and can you blame them? Play in net for a bad team, get blamed for the losses after every game and have virtually no chance to win.

If the Leafs want a veteran goalie, they will have to either trade for one or seriously overpay one as a UFA.

And yes, I'm starting to get worried that a team like the Flames might be selling a guy like Kipper and the Leafs would definitely try and be buyers.
