Lol I never said I would take grigo before yakupov. If we had the 1st overall I'd def take yakupov even though he doesn't fit our need. Even if we have to we can just trade him. Has more value then anyone else so return would be nice. Inthe offseason, the Leafs should try to acquire a guy like Commodore. The defenseman is not really what they need, but the guy, or a similar type of guy, might be. This team just needs someone to lighten it all up for them. They look defeated as men. That's not a good thing. I'm a Sens fan first, but a hockey fan second and it bothers me to see any team just look so broken down. This team had some much promise early on and its clear that it isn't fun to play this game anymore. A guy like Commodore makes everything fun and if going to work is fun, then they wouldn't put so much pressure on themselves.

Burke will never, ever, ever trade Kessel. Lets say for arguments sake, he trades Kessel for Schenn and a 2nd.
He would have traded two firsts and Kessel for Schenn.
Anyone he trades for becomes a TOTAL overpayment because in all likelyness he wont get a steal of a deal when trading Kessel. So unless he gets an offer that counters his original two firsts and a second in addition to moving your best scorer who is 24....Kessel wont ever be moved.

Seriously, can it be anymore obvious these guys are tanking. Both goalies "hurt", Kuley goes down 2 weeks ago, playing Ashton on the first line, less then 20 shots every game.
