Honestly think Kadri should be with the Leafs instead of the AHL.

According to what I saw from him so far anyway...

I dont make statements in one single line ever, without explanation....unless im being sarcastic. Youll learn this quickly from me. Especially when they clearly need explanation as previously displayed.

Naw, not even, they need to stay the course, and burkie needs to shut his face or at least tell the truth for once, and explain this is a process and not an overnight thing, and will take a while to come into fruition, but the leafs will be a better team for it in the end, something the fans can really get behind and enjoy. Not the "we are going to make the playoffs this year" nonsense he spews yearly.

Don't think there's anything left to blow up when you're in the bottom 5.

Just try to make good draft picks.

It's true. Seriously, what 'core' do we have to build around? I don't doubt for a second Burke will seriously consider trading Kessel this summer.

Alls I gotta say is Kadri playing with the Marlies (while winning) didnt hurt his development. Obv there was a reason he wasnt called up and we may never know if it was something "off ice" or problems with his attitude etc....either way he didnt demonstrate ENOUGH to be called up and when he was, he didnt do ENOUGH to stay up.

Hes still young, hes still got a ways to go....hell get his chance. Lets leave it at that.

- noename09

I think Wilson's bone-headed stubbornness which clearly cost him his job has played a large role here.

As far as "doing enough" goes, we could argue that Kadri has had more of an impact when playing with Leafs than Connolly, Lombardi, Armstrong has, but I suppose the size of their bullshit contracts trumps anything that Kadri did because it wouldn't be "ENOUGH" for Burke and Wilson to admit that they've made mistakes with Connolly, Lombardi and Armstrong and keep Kadri up.

I think he should stay in the AHL, hopefully do well in the process, and have some momentum and confidence, and maybe a championship even, going into the next training camp. Why would you want to poison the kid and bring him into the middle of this poopstorm season? Leave em be. Let him do well where he is, and wait til training camp.

Not bring him up in this cluster(frank) of an end of season.

I said consider. I never said it would happen. What I'm saying is that it has to be clear, even to the Pope of Hockey down there at TML that our core is rotten.
