Well, sorry to disappoint you Pete, im sure it isnt as great as prairie oysters or anything, but it is rather excellent. Blame the British, twas their idea. Hard to keep beef back in the days before fridges and freezers, got the same treatment as fish, salted, wasnt much else they could do with it and not have it spoiled.

I think so too. 10 years ago if someone would have said the GM and coach of the habs was going to be Gainey and Carbo, most would have thought it was going to be the 2nd coming of the 70's habs teams, not the mess we see before us now.

Was a bad decision to make him a coach without any experience whatsoever. I also believe he was fired because he said very little to his players, explanation wise, or in general. Same for JM in the talking to the players part.

Only for a short period I believe. After they fired Martel in Chicoutimi. (Carbo is the owner of the Sags)

As much as a fan i am of Roy, the player, after seeing how my two other favorite hab players in Gainey and Carbo did in their terms as coach and GM, i am a little hesitant in wanting him to have any part of anything to do with this club. Gonna be great to watch my 3 fav habs of all time send the habs even deeper and further into the hockey abyss.
