I paid for my education and being in Ontario it was 50% more expensive than Quebec. 2 jobs and some family help, education isn't a right, I've met too many (frank)tards to believe that.

The universities are losing more and more money because they do what the (frank) they want and the principals vote themselves astronomical salaries. If the "vérificateur général" could have a look at the universities books and make recommentations, pretty sure they could EASILY save 200M per year on a 10G$ budget.

I'm all for a raise, as long as they tell me what they're gonna do with it, not telling me to do "my fair share" as if I was a (frank)ing retard. I'll have a diploma, and I'm gonna earn more than the average, so I'll pay several thousands dollars more in taxes in my life than someone who won't study (not always the case, but it often is). I'll do my fair share. I'm just not for this raise.

I have never once heard the students demand an audit or accountability of funds, just NO HIKE!

Let me give you some friendly advice I learned in third year. Become a (frank)ing train conductor. The biggest moron I knew was making 80,000 dollars at 21, barely got through high school, nice guy, hard working and there he was with his 55% average making more than I would for 4 years...

I don't even know what to respond to this. All I know is that he's been a disaster for Ontario and the sooner he's assassi... replaced, the better.

Superior studies are overrated these days. Seriously, too many people in Universities doing worthless degrees while others become construction workers, electricians, plumbers...etc and get a better salary than 75% of people with university degrees.

I think we'll have some concessions, and I'll consider this as a victory. As for the semester, this won't happen. They already struggle finding enough classes for all the courses because they are greedy and accept too many students. They couldn't keep those who are supposed to finish right now next fall while receiving new students.

The semester won't be cancelled, but because of those weeks of education I won't have, I know my diploma will have less value.
