Markov never should have been signed to a big three year deal, there's no back up plan to losing your supposed #1 D.

True, but he could've signed more depth.
As much as I thought Emelin was ready for the NHL. He was still a question mark at the beginning of the season. Same thing for Diaz who everyone thought would begin in the AHL.
We didn't have a Hamrlik to eat those minutes.
Hope they learned their lesson. |

The new Habs GM will be the SIXTH since 1995; prior to that only 3 since 1946. Worse job security than being a Mob boss.
