I'd be content with Serge Savard staying on as GM for a couple years and bringing in Damphousse to be AGM and eventual GM. I have this nagging feeling/suspicion that Marc Crawford may be the next head coach...

Savard as been out of it for too long, I'm glad Molson hired him to help find the new GM, but his implication shouldn't go farther than that in my opinion.
