Well I think the States, Canada and Mexico will share the same currency in the next 10 or so years, called the Amero, which will be more powerful than the Euro.

We had a huge debate over it, and Howard kicked my ass badly in the debate, but stubborn as I am I stood by.

Actually you included Quebec as it's own country in the debate.
- stormeyAlterEgo

Did I?

Can't remember.

You guys probably kept the quotes anyway

Yeah I remember how it all started you guys were asking me which currency would a free Québec have and I said it wouldn't matter because there will be the Amero in a few years anyway.

NHL sponsors don't care so much for luxury boxes and seats.
They care for TV revenues.

- Jayden

Which is true, most of their profits come from TV revenues, which the Colisee also needs major renovation for the press boxes. With todays journalists, there is barely the place for that.
Yes, you can renovate to make it ready, but it's going to take a hell of a lot more time than 6 months. As well as lot more money than 7mil.

There was no debate.

Edit: Yeah, that Euro is full of power.

Impossible in a few years we will all live under the Federation, currencies will no longer be needed as everybody will work toward bettering themselves and not the accumulation of wealth.

Well, one of the major concerns, which a lot of people make it seem so small, is luxury boxes. This is huge for not only the city of Quebec, but for the NHL and the sponcers of the NHL.
In Montreal, a 18seat Lodge goes for 12K per game. It's more than than what people think of.

More importantly, it will force some sort of realignment before the start of the year... Maybe as simple as swapping Winnipeg and Pho/QC for a year (playing int he same division as they are now, which would be another crap year for the Jets and But the QC fans living in Florida will love it), but there are also other considerations.
