According to "J'ai ma place" they can renovate the Colisee for 7Mil by the start of next season....
What a joke. That place needs more than renovations to support 3 years of a pro team.

How do you know? If it's approved by NHL standards, all is good.

Da (frank) is an Amero?

Well I think the States, Canada and Mexico will share the same currency in the next 10 or so years, called the Amero, which will be more powerful than the Euro.

We had a huge debate over it, and the guys tried to reason me, but stubborn as I am I stood by.

Well, one of the major concerns, which a lot of people make it seem so small, is luxury boxes. This is huge for not only the city of Quebec, but for the NHL and the sponcers of the NHL.
In Montreal, a 18seat Lodge goes for 12K per game. It's more than than what people think of.

And you are passing your classes? Now I see why they are trying to keep the education hikes so low, with insights like this, students need to save as much money as possible because when they graduate no one will get jobs.

Will Quebec have its own currency by then too?

NHL sponsors don't care so much for luxury boxes and seats.
They care for TV revenues.

Lots of support for Francois Giguere around the league as a possible replacement for Pierre Gauthier.

They bribe / sweeten the pot for sponsors with access to suite / box tickets, which is a nice tax write-off, too.

It took him 30 minutes to realize he was debate with an image of himself in a mirror. Either way, he won.
