Don't let your hatred influence your decision, look in the past at how much it cost teams to move up a few spot in the draft.

To swap 3rd and 1st would cost a pick (2nd rounder most likely) and maybe a mid range prospect. That's if Columbus is even interested. If they are looking at trading Nash, they could ask what they are really missing and take Yakupov to replace Nash.
