of couse some people just take longer to develop, but not all Q players take longer to develop, there are reasons for it.

One of them is the higher level of competition.

Did you know I scored 85 points one year and was never even looked at to be drafted, oh right that's becuase the league i was in sucked and our team dominated it. Doesn't mean I was better then the worst player drafted that year from a higher tier league.

(frank) Dandenault scored 107 points in the Q, does that mean he was better then Ryan Smyth who put up 105 points in the W?

There is no lack of scouting in the Q, there is no discrimination against Q players.

The Q has a lower talent level,
Good players don't have to be great to score huge points in the Q as their competition is weaker
They don't have to push themselves as hard to be dominate and thus develop slower then other leagues

If the Q wants to improve they need to stop making excuses and look at the problem.
The problem starts with the minor hockey, better training, coaching and developing in minor hockey will lead to a stronger competition in Juniors as those players move on, which in turn will lead to the generational talents and mid to high level talent having to develop faster instead of just getting by.

Dude, there are way more goals scored in the WHL and the OHL than in the 'Q.

There was only 2 100+ pts guy in the 'Q this year. In the WHL? 8.

Now try telling me scoring 100 in the WHL means more than scoring 100 in the 'Q.

On Sportsnet tonight.

Ottawa vs Belleville.

For Ottawa: Look at Monahan(2013), Ceci (1st round this year), Prince(Ottawa), Toffoli(kings)

Belleville: Jordan Subban (2013), Malcom Subban (1st round this year), Brendan Gaunce (1st round this year)

it's an abomination. I'm not trying to put everyone in the same basket here, but a lot of them have been living here all their life and can barely say "oui" "non" "merci" and "toaster"

So basically Kristo won't use the NCAA loophole like Justin Schultz this year, or Wheeler.

No you said that the good 'Q players were scoring more in this very league because the level was worst than the rest, I proved you wrong.

There are two kinds of Separatists. The extremist that want a revolution and freedom now (FLQ and a small part of the PQ), and others that want to build the future Québec.

Don't put both on the same boat.

The PQ isn't worse than the Liberals in the 70s...

Not so much anymore...

Being separatist isn't popular nowadays.

In their heart they are, but unlike the other group, they will wait the right time for the next référendum.

A big problem with the separatist movement is that they can't really explain to the people what happens after the vote passes. What's up with the currency? Who protects our natural ressources(we'd have no army)?

Will Canada attack us and try to regain the land? (Rumors out there that the canadian army was ready to go if the votes had passed)

There are many others too, and seriously they don't even know. If they had a plan, that would really help..

Ya, there is a bunch of forwards you could take. Apparently that Forsberg guy is really good aswell. Just hoping they don't draft another defenceman.
