Thanks man, i needed to let that all out, i had thought of actually doing a dshiddy style Luongo game 7 rant, but then i realized as disappointed as i was in my team poopting the bed in the championship week, i wasnt actually that emotionally invested in it.

The Panthers do not have the depth and the experienced vets that they had in 96, and not to forget that Beezer was superb. Theodore is having an excellent season, but Beezer was..........Beezer.

Obviously any team underestimating the Panthers will lose. But over a best of 7 series that is not likely.

Still, what Tallon was able to accomplish in two seasons is remarkable.

This current Panthers team reminds me a lot of the one that went to the Stanley Cup Final some 12 years ago. They don't have much frontline offensive talent compared to the other contenders in the East, but they are pesky and become dangerous when they can hang around in close game.
