IF Bryzgalov continues to play the way he has during March the Flyers have a great chance at going deep into the playoffs.

Who really knows how this injury is going to effect his mobility and such.

Calipari is from Moon Twshp if I'm not mistaken. Suburb of Pittsburgh correct?
- PLindbergh31

Yes sir. Also went to Clarion University which is up across I-80 which I went to multiple times cause my college was right down the road from it and parties were better at Clarion. haha

So a Penguins, & a UK fan.... I already know you are a Steelers fan, the only fan card you are missing is a NY Yankees.

In your spare time, you root for Brad Pitt to get the girl, and the casino dealer in blackjack....

Nothing like rooting for a NY team.....disgrace.

haha See previous comment! I hate PITT sports and only reason I like UK is because I got to meet a bunch of them when I was young so I started to follow. Pirates, Pens, and Chelsea (got to see them play at Stamford Bridge in London when I was 8).

This goes beyond this year and him becoming a free agent now. The Flyers market Giroux and he will have to re-do his deal in the next few years.

Good hockey players dont come cheap.

Claude Giroux is 2nd in the NHL in scoring. Kind of hard to keep that under wraps.

Only one team in NY worth rooting for. The Big Blue wrecking crew. Although I'm extremely jealous the NY Jets got Tebow. They have stolen all the Giants thunder. Giants just keep cranking out Super Bowls, while the Jets win the backpages. They now have 2 QB's that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with a forward pass.

He may be the best pure goal scorer in the NHL today.

He was probably a Michael Jordan Bulls fan too.

(no shame in that really though, i was a UNC fan and a Jordan fan before he exploded with the Bulls)

I was never really a huge NBA fan, I enjoyed watching the Bulls beat the Knicks like a drum constantly though.

Carle played with Pronger, why no hype there? SCF's together.
- stveshdy

Suter's also been a US Olympian, and a guy who gets hyped more than Carle. Some guys get hyped others do not. Suter was also a top ten draft pick in his draft class, Carle was a 2nd rounder. Some guys simply get hyped. Other don't. It's been that way in many sports for a very long time.

Look at Richie Ashburn. He played in an era of great centerfielders, but led the majors in hits during the 1950's. Took him 30 years to be elected to the HOF. Carle's just a guy that gets overlooked, because while he does a lot of solid things, he does very little spectacularly.

IMO, he's simply not as good as Suter, either. He's definitely not in the same class as guys like Letang, Boyle or Brent Seabrook. Probably a step below them.

Tebow will run their wildcat offense while Sanchez dresses up and makes like Mike Richards at a sorority party.

When healthy Sid the Kid can do it all. When he feels like being a scorer he can put 50-60 up.

Yeah I'm not much of a fan of that big blue team. Tebow is a sore subject when talking to Steeler fans for obvious reasons.

It's hilarious. It's all about selling PSL's and jerseys. Once Sanchez plays a few bad games in a row, everyone will be calling for Tebow to become the starting QB. It will be a cluste(frank). The same saying that applies to goaltenders applies to Quarterbacks, if you have two, you have none.

As good as Crosby is, I think Stamkos is more of a pure sniper. I think Stamkos will have a 70 goal season in the not so distant future.

Hartnell is a guy who gets attention because he does things that get noticed. He looks like Grizzly Adams on the ice. He gets into fights, he scores 20 goals almost every year, he throws his glove at guys on break aways. He's also a former top ten overall pick.

He does things to stand out.
