Yup. Bobrovsky has started 3 of the 5 games against the Rangers this year. That is something to consider as well. - PLindbergh31
just throw all the games out the window. seriously. next tuesday is the one that matters. i can't (frank)ing wait. my last game of the year, too. |

i love quick. and they've been on a general tear since the frack acquisition. - hammarby31
Yeah, they are playing better. Last 2 weeks will be crazy.
I can't believe the Sabres have gotten in the mix, I though they were dead in the water. For a two month period they were like the worst team in the NHL. Credit to Ruff. |

i refuse to credit him for anything. even if it was proven he developed a cure for cancer. |

Has an article been written on Chris Pronger and his possible return next season yet? - roenick97
Yeah, whoever quoted a friend/source that said Pronger would play next year is just plain wrong. Whether or not he could play next year is irrelevant. How could this source know if Pronger doesn't even know? To this point, Pronger needs to go to Pittsburgh to see the specialist and go from there. Until that meeting occurs, I don't see how someone can predict that he plays next year. It's all just speculation. |

Nice. I was thinking about getting tickets for that, but with a walking boot and crutches probably not the best of ideas. |

I'm not a fan of his either, but the turnaround there has been pretty surprising. Miller has played out of his mind, that the biggest factor of all. |

I think it was Baicker that tweeted he left after the second period because he did not feel good.

goalie is kind of an important position. earth shattering revelation #2. |

Only a few days removed from surgery, already started rehab. Lots of pain right now. This was a clean tear, basically 100% of my achilles was torn, while last time it was slightly more than a partial tear. It sucks being immobile. |

It's ginormous. The only time in recent memory a team won a Cup with average goaltending was the Hawks with Niemi. |

sounds extremely painful. wish you a full and speedy recovery. never had an injury like that. just a right groin tear that's never really healed properly and a bulging disc at the base of my spine. somehow i'm still able to play goal. |

I was at the game last night when they announced he was in the building. For a few seconds a lot of the crowd wasn't paying attention ... or maybe it didn't hit home ... but after about a minute of applause it got REALLY loud and appreciative towards Prongs. There were a lot of good feelings in the building for #20.

I still think the best part was Jags waving "Hi Captain!" from the bench. He's such a hoot. |

I didn't see that. And I follow SB.
ETA: Checked her feed, nothing there.
I don't remember him being around for shirts of their backs. But I wouldn't read too much into him not staying, even if he left after 2. That's a lot of lights, noise, and hubbub to deal with when you've been pretty much house bound for months. |

And they turned UP the music and mikes again. And the owner's box is closer to the blaring speakers that proffer said noise. |

Yeah I wasn't sure. I will have to go through my feed to see if I can find who actually tweeted it. |

Yeah. Last time I complained they said maybe I could move my seat next season. Where to? New Jersey? Idiots. |
