Eskin's tweets regarding Pronger are very upbeat and hopeful!

It's just awesome in general that he's healthy enough to come to a game with his family. Hopefully more rehab is in the works, and perhaps we'll see our captain put on the sweater again after all.

I can't believe it. I could shed a tear I'm so happy to hear this. At the same time, I'm also worried. I really do think that maybe the Pens and Flyers should compare notices on Crosby and Pronger. Crosby is much younger but he's also been out a lot longer, including setbacks. I'm also completely unaware of how many concussions Pronger has head over his career.

Getting Pronger back automatically makes me think "Shea Weber who?" but I also can't help but worry about the person. This could be a huge risk.

I just hope he can lead a normal life and not deal with years of post concussive symptoms. Keith Primeau still deals with his PCS. If Pronger can return, great. It would be awesome. But right now, I'd be happy if he can have a normal life and be there for his family.

Pronger doesn't think he's ever been concussed before. His inexperience with it seems to be the reason he didn't realize his lethargy was not being out of game shape because he'd been on bedrest but rather concussion symptoms. Thus his playing a few games and having his issues exacerbated.
