I agree. Rushing prospects into the NHL because of necessity or to take the heat of of management is a bad idea, and done way too much, and often it fails and hurts the progress of the player.

Why bother? Let him ride out the rest of the year and hopefully win a championship with the marlies? Bringing him in the middle of this leaf/media poop storm isnt good for him or his progression IMO, let him be a huge factor in the marlies playoff success and keep him the (frank) out of the public poopstorm in TO is the better option IMO.
