Goes without saying that 12/13 is BB's legacy year... If he manages to trade the dead wood and make some tough decisions of burying in the minors and buyouts he will have the cap space necessary to bring in a top end FA and also open up spots for guys like Kadri and Colborne to get a real opportunity.

You missed the point, he said this was RW's creation, and it wasnt, it was Burke's creation, which was my point. Now RW didnt exactly help any by throwing young players underneath the bus, but even with a new coach, the team still sucks. Not an intentional slight at the leafs, honestly it isnt, but it was Burke's creation.

i have said a hundred times that schenn will be a good second pairing d-man if coached properly and is allowed to play a game that suits his skill set

i am not one of the people who think schenn will eventually be a norris candidate.. he wont be.. but i also think he is playing way below his ceiling and i think its due to poor coaching

Adam Foote 2.0, IF he turns it around and starts progressing instead of getting worse, worst case scenario is Komisarek 2.0, i dont see it getting that bad, honestly i dont, he will be better as will the leafs in general next year. Also, tshirts will be made of this post, and how it turned the leafs confidence around and made them believers. Book it...
