Hypothetically if BB can move out some of the junk where does he invest his $$ this summer (aside from a goalie).
Will he go after Suter or Parise? What about that kid he drafted in Anaheim ...Schultz ...who's about to become a UFA?
Or does he throw everything he's got into Nash? |

Goalie will be the priority, and if it isnt, then Burke's days are numbered. He will likely overpay dearly for a high end goalie and i doubt Suter or Parise end up in TO, both these players will be looking to head to contending teams if they decide to leave where they are now. Why leave their respective teams now to go to a worse situation and have less chance to win? From their perspectives it makes no sense at all.... |

What you think Leafers? Simmons get something right for a change? - GuyLaDouche
It pains me to say it..but yes. The sad part was Schenn may have been a very different player by now had he had someone like Carlyle leading him from the beginning of his career. The media idiots are saying the Wilson must be laughing at how the team is still losing, but what we have here was his creation, and it will take time for Carlyle to rebuild this still-young team. |

gotta hend it to Simmons.. he left his own opinions out of the mix and low and behold .. a good article is created
wish toronto media would do more of this rather than trying to put their own two cents in all the time |

Wilson wasnt the right coach for the leafs, not saying Carlyle is, but this creation wasnt either coach's, it was Burke's creation. |

It's been said before that Wilson is not a good coach for young players. I have a feeling Carlyle can get better results out of them. He handled some talented youngsters pretty well in Anaheim. |
