That's all that has been released to the public about the incident. I believe in innocent until proven guilty, Martin. Not the other way around. If the police don't have anything to arrest this guy on, then they can't arrest him just because a bunch of people think they should.

I think you are misunderstanding. It isn't that I don't think the guy who did the shooting is a scumbag idiot, but he has rights and protections by the law. If the people responsible for upholding that law (frank)ed it up or there isn't enough evidence to make an arrest, then all the crying and NBA photos and protests will not make it happen.

With that said, arrests are made on such little evidence that the fact that this nutjob was interviewed by police and not arrested tells me that there is a lot more information the general public doesn't know about this case.

You know why people forget this?....because of all the noise made.

The kid was entering through the back door of his very own father's home for Christ sake!
It's the guy who shot him that had no business being there. Even more so armed with a gun.
