It's called life.

Yeah but society wise, you don't really want that.

At least encourage the kids to go to university, instead of increasing the fees.

You're gonna see loads of students move to France to study in the next few years.

Oh (frank)ing cry me a river...its so unfair. Subsidize me wah wah wah. If you can't afford it, get a job, go to night school or online, save some dough and go back at it. I'm sick of the entitlement that your age group feels right now.

As I said earlier, there's no point on debating, you can't debate values.

And it's fine to think like you do.

Those damn clichés

The students want to still have the same life quality while studying.

And please don't compare it to 20+ years back, times have changed.

Buddy you are the one trying to tell us about the Ameros, the advantages of Seperation and how you remembered the last Habs cup when you were 6 months old.

Perhaps University isn't the place for you anyway.

I'm not saying it's right to think like that, I'm just trying to explain the way of thinking of those students.

I mean, it gets kinda unfair, when an average student who has little money can't go to university while the bad student who comes from a wealthy family can afford it.

You lose some of these because they know they might not succeed, and would rather have a less educated job(which is not a bad thing just to make it clear). But maybe they could contribute more to the society while going at the university.

I want an educated province, and losing those students because they frozed the fees for a few years in a situation where there will be a lack of Human Ressources in the next 20 or so years, could be crucial for the survival of this very province.

Donc parce que je ne suis pas en grève, je ne peux m'élever contre les droits de scolarité?

Belle logique ça Yan.

Tu sais que c'est un vote démocratique qui détermine si tu es en grève ou non?

They can protest all they want and waste their semester. As long as they do it like they did yesterday.

I find it sends a better message the way they did it yesterday than blocking a bridge or destroying the property of others.
