it's the annual average cost of what a student pays per year per province.

I have to say that compared to the rest of Canada, it's kind of cheap in Quebec. Then again, we are the people that get (frank)ed the most by their government...

yeah...I think I'll drop Firefox...I don't know if it's that, but when I leave my computer for a while (yeah that happens) and it goes on to screen saver, when I come back all the windows are (frank)ed, and most of the time, if they have a flash application on, I see the unhappy face telling me that it crashed.
