How many players in Flyers' history have had palindromic last names? I don't know the answer, but Lupul and Joel Otto come to mind immediately. Otto even appears the same in mirror image. - bmeltzer
There has to be a few. |

Where's PLind been lately? - funmaster18
He popped in a couple times recently, but I believe he's recovering from surgery (achilles tendon, was it?). Desk work must not be as conducive to hockeybuzz antics. |

If he's posting from a desktop instead of a mobile device, perhaps he can post gifs with us soon, too.

He'll be disappointed, there aren't many good Starsky & Hutch gifs, nor Eli Manning ones. |

Back OT, I might be going to the game tonight. The last two games I have attended, I have seen hat tricks: Scott Hartnell vs. Boston and Danny Briere vs. Ottawa. Here's hoping I go and see another Flyers hatty.
Also, I want the Flyers to score early. Like within the first 5 minutes. And then add to it. Time to turn this offense thing around and play the first 5 minutes like it's the last 5 minutes of a game where they're trailing by a goal. |

Interesting tweet from Darren Dreger last night...
Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger
Unless progress is made this week in sale of Coyotes.NHL will begin Plan B investigation next wk. Seattle, Que City, Vegas and KC in mix.
Imagine a team in Vegas. - Jsaquella
this is good news. they simply have to leave that market. i'd imagine QC and Seattle would be clear favorites, then Vegas and probably KC last.
it's laughable that bettman has held them hostage in the desert for years and jettisoned atlanta to winnipeg in 5 minutes. |

Quebec would make the most sense... Just flop Quebec and Winnipeg in the conferences, then re-align the divisions... Or maybe move Nashville to the SE and Toronto to Central... |

That should never happen.
Sorta like Detroit to the East. |

Me too, but if Detroit comes East, NBC will never show a Western Conference game again. |

But then we have to deal with intros to games like "well they are sleepless in seattle tonight as the flyers take on the metropolitans" |
