I guess you're special. I know when I fly I always need a day or 2 to feel normal again. Usually I just get drunk the first night then sleep in the next day and it fixes it. Not sure NHL players have tried this yet.

C-130 denotes Cargo. C-130 Hercules is a midsized prop cargo aircraft. The C5 Galaxy is a massive cargo jet. They're not known for their comfort.

I'm not too worried, actually. Sure this season is a bust, but we have a great future ahead. A full off season with BB and the hopeful signing of schultz will even increase our chances.

Even if you guys make the playoffs, it is not like you're actually going to make it out of the first round. Have fun with all of your first rounders.

Heh no I didn't know that. I knew you had C-130s because Ive seen em before, but I'm not up to speed on which airframes the Canadian AF has bought from US defense contractors. Looking on Wikipedia...it seems the C5 is exclusive to the US which I wasnt aware of.

Not to mention....the "lowly" Islanders would probably be over .500 in the West- possibly as much as 10 points better than they are, in my opinion. The East is just tougher physically- that's the difference, in my book. It's a lot easier to play pond hockey than to tough it out.

Most people say it's the other way around. That's what guys say when they get traded to the West, that it's tougher physically. East is more open and skilled, West is tighter checking, tougher hockey.

Did you stop reading half way through? You missed the part about time zones. I thought you would agree as it would give the perfect excuse as to why the Leafs always get destroyed when they play out West. Then again they get destroyed playing at home as well.

On a seperate note how about the play of John Tavares. 73 games in, 73 points - kid is a gem. Hopefully we trade our first rounder and get some actual talent to fill out the rest of our roster. Who knows, maybe get some defense too.

Quick bit of math here, so the 7-13 place team in the east plus florida making 8 eastern place teams have more wins than 7-13 in the west (7 teams) have more wins when playing against each other. Well done Ek you are a freaking genius. Maybe next time pick an equal number of teams from each conference and your data may make more sense.
