I doubt that, he seems like a guy that loves Canada, and was proud to announce the relocation that happened last Summer.
I think he would rather see US based teams in larger centers in the playoffs, etc for future TV deals. Also, to grow the sport more in the US. It really doesn't need to grow anymore in Canada.
