so depressed at the idea of Kaberlol and Gomaids still being on this team next year. I wouldn't want to be in the next GM's shoes

Maybe they trade him, and share the salary with that team. Can the cap hit be shared as well?

Which one? Gomez is gone for sure, imo. He had his chance(s) nobody wants him, he's got to go. I can't believe those 20 some thousand GM's, coaches and refs, haven't been booing him.

He's too predictable, other team knows he's not gonna shoot, so they change the coverage.

I'd be fine with KAberle staying if we didnt already have Markov, Diaz, and Weber who play the same offensive, soft game he does.

Bourque (3.33) Plek (5) Gio (5) -->poor plek
Cole (4.5) DD (825k) Pac (1.625)
Darche (750) Eller (1.75) Moen (1.5) --> Poor Bulis
White (850) - ??? - Geoffrion (600)

Markov (5.75) - Emelin (1.7)
PK (4.25) Gorges (3.9)
Kaberle (4.2) Diaz (990 - qualifier) --> :sadface:

Price (5.5)
Budaj (1.15)

53ishM against the cap edit: And room for everyone else the year after.

Right. So they know he will pass to Weber, who will then shoot the puck into the penalty killer's shin pads, thus resulting in a breakaway.

he's decent passer on the PP and puts up points despite EVERYONE knowing he won't shoot. but he is SO soft its scary and watching him paired with Diaz or Campoli is pathetic

2-3 years before we saw an influx of talent of D. It will take a couple years for Tinordi, Beaulieu and Ellis to be ready Only way to improve this team on D in the mean time is via the UFA market.

The vast majority in here thinks he sucks, I would like to see him have a fresh start next year. He's been paired with some real lemons this year. The luck the Habs have been having with injuries on the d, I think they will be happy to have him next year.
