You do realize that fully automatic weapons are illegal and all magazines for semi-auto weapons must be welded to carry only 3?

For the record, I want all handguns banned, those are the most dangerous.

- AdamFrench

I knew fully autos were prohibited.

You might have bought your gun in a recreative way, but if it ever ends in the hands of the wrong person, you would have to make thoughts and prayers.

And making those kind of guns easier to get, will increase the chance of having those crazy guys with deadly weapons.

There is a shooting incident every day, or so in the states.

and yet per capita, Canadians supposedly have 7 times the number of firearms. Whats your point. A guy with a bolt action or a lever action can get off 3 rounds pretty fast and those are what you would consider legitimate 'hunting' rifles. The difference between them and a semi-auto isn't huge.

[quote=QuebecPride]Well having a .22 hunting gun and having a submachine gun is quite different.

I mean you can kill someone with the hunting gun if you really want to, but it would be a lot of trouble, while you can't really hunt with an AK.

It wouldn't be a bunch of trouble QP, just the consequences.

Funny, I've been to lots of places in the states and seen people packing a gun, I felt safe.

The registered ones maybe. And that's if every states has a gun registry Pie.

It's just logic , if you give weapons to the people, the chances of seeing gun incidents will increase.

I just think it's looking for trouble.

Even the most psychologically healthy guy, can have his dark moments. Things can turn bad easily when you have those kind of weapons at hand.

Depends on the way you see it I guess, it's really disuasive, but it can lead to a bloodbath too.

I think there's more chances of a bad event happening if there are guns involved than not.

I don't think you and I are talking about the same thing and if we are then you're flip flopping. You said hunting rifles were fine, but semi auto's were bad and yet the only difference is less than 10 secs a round. Anyway, my issue with the registry has more to do with the government's inability to do anything right, which was proven true. I'm not interested in arguing about it either.

The truth is ( or was ) that Vermont had the most guns per capita, but the least amount of violent crimes. I'm not a huge fan of guns but I used to hunt as a younger person and learned to use them and respect them.

Serious question here guys...

How good must the trap look for a man to fall into it?

I just can't seem to shake my head and embrace it...

Seems like the leafs could have gotten 4 1st round picks at the deadline and Burke turned them down, he should be fired for such a tragedy.

I think being a mormon is the way to go. Need multiple traps. Besides, if you want to go out somewhere with just one of them you always have a babysitter.

Seems to me as it's one of those big traps that allow you to avoid all the small ones...

I might not be trained enough in the way of the relationship, but do women always get so scared about the future that they have to sabotage the present to feel secure?

Does their insecurity about the future pushes them to sabotage the present?

ps : women are crazy

edit : or is the woman I'm dating crazier than the average woman?
