highlights for me was drinking whiskey with warron zevon, limo ride with allanah miles, willie nelson sticking a joint in my mouth, a beer with johnny cash and have stills tell me to "get the (frank) out" during his sound check and then make nice to me after the show

Agreed. Once the other Walmart closed in the Home Depot plaza further south on the Blvd they knew that had to put up another one in the general vicinity of the one that closed.
I have liked what i saw from sulzer too so far up untill LAST NIGHT he was by far the worst sabres Dman on the ice! so what he had a goal! he looked terrible!
stupid penalty, bad pinches at the avs blue line! just to name a few! even rating does not even begin to describe his night!
but besides sulzer what was this team thinking towards the end of the game letting landeskog skate the length of the ice and start the puck scramble. all that was needed was:
A) with 10 seconds left in the game colorado has the puck behind their net and the one forchecking sabre could have pressured him but instead he drops back to join the rest of the sabres in the neutral zone. there is 10 bloody seconds left in the game do something to disrupt the breakout!
B) if you are gonna drop all five guys into neutral zone and let them break out dont half ass waive your stick at the guy trying to knock the puck off his stick, step up and hit em for F*CK sake simple as that game over! sabres win!
C) miller cheating on the pass accross the crease! hug your god dam post you idiot!
D) wtf is pominville doing standing infront of the net watching mcginn tap that puck into a wide open net hammer the guy down on his face into millers net,cross check him from behind, he probable cant put the puck in his net with a face full of ice! who gives a sh!t if they give u a penalty or a suspension we needed the win! the game wudda been over! instead he chose to stand there hell it looked like he said hey look theres the puck just give it a little tap, tap tap, tappero thats your home puck why dont you like your home!
he did the same thing against montreal except tonite roy wasnt flopping around the crease with him trying to be a goalie!
and its not ruffs fault! he wasnt on the ice! plain and simple even if he told the players to play defensive! dont listen to him do your own thing in the dying seconds i dont think ruffs gonna care that you didnt do what he said if you end up winning the hockey game! following his orders or not! i feel like banging my head against a wall after watching this crap two games in a row! i cant help but think myers would have hit mcginn into millers net from behind so hard he would have never got up!
