They Landeskog skate from his own blue line, untouched through their zone, untouched after a shot, and he almost beat everyone to the puck to throw it on net.

Colorado had 10 seconds once they got to the puck to move it up ice. How the (frank) do they get in our zone without anyone doing something.

I was waiting for someone to pull him down, I mean with 6-7 seconds left they would have to win the draw and get one shot off, seems like the logical choice

Absolutely horrible play by Pominville in the neutral zone. He should be ashamed

Fun fact. Weber was even tonight. But I'm fairly certain he was on the ice for the Montreal goal, as well as tonight's mud pile goal.

Still worst +/- on the team in half the games...never fails to disappoint!
Just get him off the roster.
I wonder if Goose plays tonight if Buffalo walks away with 2 points.

I'd like to see a Dennis Green "they were who we thought they were" interview, just to see some emotion in the guy. It seems like he really doesn't care, I know there is keeping your cool and being a pro, but come on

It's ok that we lost because we played hard.

could we just score an empty net goal and ice the damn game? i swear we have to be the worse team at scoring on an empty net. that being said there is NO excuse to have 2 straight games go to OT due to being scored on with under 4 seconds left. FFFF

When a guy like Landeskog gets that much room and speed, you're probably not going to stop him. He got to the outside, let a shot go, albeit a good one from a manageable area. That's not where the Sabres failed. They failed by not collapsing on the rebound. That puck never should have never got anywhere near the front, Pominville should have rode McGinn into the 6th row. Take a penalty there. There won't be enough time for the Avs to do anything about it.

A stick in the skates would have taken him down whether before the shot or after the shot. Penalty called with 10 seconds left the face off gives 1 shot if they win the draw is all I;m looking at

That play should have never happened anyway, if we could just play hockey with the lead rather than just be content with a 1 goal lead and try to hold off its I mean sickening to watch.

or for (frank)'s sake, why not Foligno? he got half of your goal output and had a really good game and you repay him by letting him watch his teammate screw the pooch.

i really used to like Lindy, but his tactics of late have been abso-(frank)ing-lutely mind boggling.

Me and a buddy of mine always joke around we are going to make spoof Sabres videos for Youtube. 2 games ago we were calling it "Lindy Ruff low expectation hockey". We want to have one of us wear a suit, blong wig and stache and talk like lindy does about "getting the puck in the zone", "working hard", "getting some points on the board". I really wanted to stress the "some"

he tried to get the goalie to move, and Varlamov didn't bite... good play by varlamov. There's the system again... we are up by one goal and Lindy wants them to play fascist style hockey instead of closing it out. How many times have we seen the Sabres win this season by a landslide other than the Boston game last month?

It's nausiating watching the last 10 minutes of a game we have the lead in. It always looks like a SH situation for the Sabres. Always. It's (frank)ing awful.

The sabres actually did collapse in front. the puck went behind miller. why is he not on the post? why dont the sabres apply more pressure and force the avs to make a bad pass, instead of standing still, givng them the ice in the neutral zone?

The one that got away...

ps. Vanek needs to go. No matter who is on his line, they do not produce. We cant have just one line scoring all the time.

true... it has to be that system. That's why the other team gets at least 15-20+ shots on Miller in the third every game.
