One of our receptionists ran a janitorial business on the side cleaning offices in our building. I don't know the exact numbers, but doing very minimal work they made big $$$.

Cleaning offices would actually be a decent business.

I did it few years back and the only way to make money with that type of job is if you had the contract and do the job your self....
