Bollig's line against Backes/Oshie is a great matchup for the Blues. If Bollig does do anything, Backes is a big guy who can handle him well enough.

Can you say the same about Patrick Kane or Marian Hossa handling Reaves when the retaliation comes? I'd suggest not hoping for stuff to happen to the other teams stars you aren't ready to happen to your own.

IIRC, They had to get 2 pts on the RS finale to make it to the playoffs. In OT, Troy Murray stole the puck from Todd Gill in the deep slot and fired one in. Eventually lost to cow town in the CCF 4 games to 1.

Yea but we got Gabe coming back and we can sign some vets there. There are no real big free agent O line men out there. The vikings cut Steve Hutchinson and Herrera either would be nice depth signings for the Oline.

Totally agree! The guy hasn't scored in and around 30 games and the guy gets top line minutes. Drives me crazy watching him. I actually thought he was going to be a good addition to the team when they signed him. The guy is a waist of a roster spot. What kind of message does this send to the rest of the team when a guy hasn't produced in months and is on the top line. A definate head scratcher.
