I think his problem was always a lack of desire, just no passion

even in Del Zotto's worst moments last year, you could always see he in his face he really wanted it

who knows, maybe Sanguinetti will ultimately be a late bloomer, I think chances are slim though

Only thing I can say about him is that the coaching staff in Charlotte has been raving about him for months now, and the Canes are leaving Derek Joslin as a healthy scratch to get Sangs into the lineup.

on a selfish note, in Fantasy semis, sat DeSharnais as was unsure he would be back, have Corey Perry banged up and he sat yesterday, Patrice Bergeron questionable, and Hank is one of my two goalies, arrggh.

Hopefully it's a mild case and didn't they give these guys a flu shot?

THankfully just the flu, but how come no word till just now?

I remember hearing about the Leetch injury in 93 at about 5 am that next morning and they just casually on WFAN said "Ranger defensemen Brian Leetch taken to the hospital with possible broken leg/ankle". I was like WTF, he looked fine after that game, later to find out he had one too many & "slipped" on some ice.

But this bears the question of why do you need a 5:20 press conference to announce this?
