Nothing to do with predictability. The Devils lost a puck battle in the corner. Briere outworked the Devils for the puck, and got it to the net. Where Voracek outworked the Devils for a goal. The Flyers have been the more committed team all night. And have outworked and outplayed the Devils all game long. It has absolutely zero to do with predictability, breakouts, or systems. - MJL
They were able to beat them and win the puck battles because of the predictability.
The Devils played a pitiful game in the offensive zone. Only one line the Poni-Josefson-Clarkson line had a decent game. It's quite sad to be honest. |

The Bryzness. - LordStanley88
This is why being patient and giving Bryz more consistent starts was important. The guy is like a human wall right now.

It was a dirty play by him, no doubt.
If anything he should go after Hartnell just because of the way he played that game. Boulton pisses me off in that he is there to protect the other players and essentially fight their battles, not fight his own. - _Zippy_

I loved them all. 7 changed my perspective on gaming when i played it when it first came out. So for me it goes 7 tactics then 6. But to each ther own my friend - fecondo
Always true, sir. A good game is a good game, regardless. FF7 was probably the one I enjoyed playing most when I was younger. |

Voracek with a nice pass to set Briere up. All about his teammate. This Voracek is something else. - stveshdy
Love the unselfishness. Tough kid, too.

If only Bryz was playing this way in April, just saying.
If he was playing this way the last four games of April, I would be scared to play the Flyers. I guess it's just a wait and see game with him, as a Devils fan, I hope he doesn't keep up, but as a hockey fan, I hope he does.
Nevertheless, we stay in 6th playing the SE champs, whereas the Flyers position themselves to play the NYR/Pens, in a sense, the Devils might have won something by losing that game. |

Another shutout for Bryz.. wow.. I can't remember the last time a Flyers tender was this hot with the white wash. To be honest though, it's got just as much to do with the fact that the overall team d has played better.
Great game and keep er rollin boys. |

It's called a forecheck. Zero to do with predictability. Every team knows what every other team is going to do and the breakouts they'll use. It's about who wanted the puck more. If it came down to predictability, the Flyers would have won Sunday, and every other time they play the Devils, if they're so predictable. Your barking up the wrong tree.

Seriously? The season is a lot longer than 5 games. He's having a great run, but he also poop the bed a LOT early on in the season. Is that the making of a goalie you can rely on?
I personally like Bryz, but only for his personality. I would never want him on my team. Next game he gives up 3 in the first, you'll be calling for his head again. |

Wow. I never complained. Simply, Hartnell played that game and he was doing poop like hitting players etc, and Boulton was signed so that he tells people to straighten people out when they do that, yet he goes after Lilja who lays a clean hit on him. |

Joe's been rather supportive of Bryz through it all, actually. And Bryz's improving play goes beyond those five games (though they're definitely the culmination of it). Nice try, though. |
