Have you heard Derek Trucks and Warren Hayes play in this version of the Allmans?

They really bring it. Derek is one of the young best rock/blues/slide guitar player out there these days. Seriously, if you are an Allmans Bros fan you should try and catch a show, they are fabulous.

When Eric Clapton went on tour recently he picked Derek to play with him.

believe so. haven't listened to any of the new albums, but saw them in 03 at festival pier in philly. was literally standing next to the chief the entire show. he looked just like this. but knew every word to midnight rider.

Met Chief for a signing appearance at the Pro Sports shop that used to be in Moorestown. We felt bad because there was no one else there but the 5 of us that went together. His hands are the size of my car.
