it appears to be that way.. he has looked about 75% better when at the center position this season. I never thought he could be anything more than a 3rd line center but if the second half of last nights game is any indication he has the tools to be a #2 center. But then again we have to remember we were playing the Habs so grain of salt

Question of the day, do the Bills have it in them to put on the big boy pants and go get a game changing player and pay them?

I think they'll definitely make some moves. I just don't want them to overpay for performance that was gained by the dynamics of the situation the guy played in. There are a lot of players that made plays based on injury or playing next to an all-pro. Who was the guy we drafted in the first round that played next to Mario Williams in college ? McCargo ?

Well, might as well go get the guy who makes others better. Bills need to go all out to acquire a guy like him. They will have to overpay to do so. It is what it is. William, Williams, Dareus would be a gamechanger. Unfortunately we all know its a long shot for Williams to accept an offer to Buffalo, and an even longer shot the Bills would give him an offer to even think about. That is unless they break the mold they have been in for the last decade.

About an hour ago I saw "the Guy" walking up hertel in his Montreal Canadians jersey. "The Guy" is this 25 year old African American gentleman who hangs out at gecko's on hertel for every Sabres game and wears the jersey of the opposing team. He does the same for the bills games but wears the jersey all week. As soon as the games ends he goes immediately to the Juke box and drops 10 bucks on the back street boys and tries to dance with every girl in the place. I don't like that guy.
- Buffalo--Sabres

Haha, I always see that guy at the hertel bars. He even had a tom brady jersey when we played the pats. Ive seen him with a gretzky oilers jersey too. Actually talked to him once, didnt seem like a bad guy. Just a bit weird that he owns to many jerseys

How about Umenyiora, Willams Dareus...just as scary.

I'm a diehard Giants fan but I can tell you I'm 75% sure the G-men are going to trade Osi at the draft. He's been whining about his contract for 2 years now, he has 1 year left and wants an extension for more money than Jerry Reese wants to pay him. He's more proven than Mario Williams and can certainly be had for the right price by Buffalo if Nix is interested.

Sadly the Bills while Ralph Wilson owns them will remain in diapers.

I never expect anything but lateral to below average moves by this organization now.

How many years have we missed the playoffs now? I dont spend a dime on anything Bills and I wont until I see that this organization is worthy of me spending my hard earned lettuce on them and I know many of my good friends have boycotted them as well.

I dont expect them to do anything but sign C class free agents once again this season. I beg for the Bills organization to prove me wrong!

This just in.....................Cody Hodgson is LOST and now Lindy has him on the 4th line, he has ruined yet another player. Outsiders do not and will not fit in here.

Relax, the kid's played 8 games and had one practice. Don't jump off the ledge so quick.

For some reason I get the fealing they're going to try and be the big boys on the block this time around. Probably blue and red blinded optimism, but something feels different about how they've been talking lately. Love to see Mario Williams and/or Vincent Jackson come over.

Sure, I'm down. They need a pass rushing stud on the D line. Instead of wasting top end picks on cornerbacks year after year, get a legit pass rush so that average DB's are good enough. The top end draft picks we use on DB's are always average anyways lately. McKelvin sucks. I think Whitner sucked too (best tackler in the NFL in the endzone).

As for the Sabres, I thought last night was one of their best efforts of the season, they just had some hard luck getting pucks past Budaj.

Roy and Vanek both played well, the latter had 2 golden opportunities he nearly cashed in on. Many nights one or both of those would go in.

Sulzer continues to look solid, he was on the ice for the first goal against but picked up a nice assist later in the game and finished with 24min of ice time!!!

Also people have to relax with Hodgson, he's going to be fine he has plenty of talent it's just going to take him a while.

It took James Neal an offseason to get going with his new team. Neal played well last spring but had no results. He worked hard in was in good places. Hogdson seems to be suffering from a similar transition. Good play no results. It happens. If he starts the first 10 games of next year like this, then that is the time to worry.

Bingo...That's been the Giants philosophy for years, average cornerbacks look like shutdown corners when they only have to cover the receiver for a few seconds.

Bills could go after Mario Williams via FA, or pursue a trade for Osi...if they swing and miss that's fine but they have to take a hack. Going down looking will not sit well with the fanbase.

If you think the Bills will be getting any A class free agents that you named , you do remember this is the Buffalo Bills you are talking about ?

I give them 2 more years to try and make the playoffs with an honest shot at really trying to win. Either that or I could not care any less if this franchise is moved out of here to be quite honest and all of our attention can go to a team(Sabres) and owner(Terry Pegula) that is trying to win this city a championship unlike Ralph.

Tired of the city of Buffalo and its hard working citizens being the butt of every joke every Sunday because of the Bills for how many years now?

I say really try to win or gtfo of Buffalo Ralph and take your Bills with you. I am sure our tax dollars could be put to better use than wasting it on your pathetic franchise.

I was the manager of Curmudgeon Records for 7 years, we made T-shirts that said "We deal direct with Satan" on the back and we used to give out frisbees that said "Curmudgeon Records: Ass.holes since 1994" on them (fixed for filtering). Man I miss that place.

The 'Derek Roy Jelly Fish Dance' is what caused that last goal. In your own zone when the poop hits the fan any coach will tell you to just take a man.

I think it was him and Pommer maybe that left two forwards wide open.
