shhh you might anger the gods er I meant mods with that one

I was serious. MJL's been bringing a lot of levity to a rather gloomy season this year.

The tongue in cheek is just me being a glutes clown.

Wife's watching The Voice...let's just say, if Kurt Cobain hadn't killed himself back then, he'd do it now
- Jsaquella

Wow. Glad my wife's watching "Drag Race," and I'm in the other room.

If you can get a Iphone through verizon that is a no-brainer. I don't know much about the new Iphone but my buddy has an iphone 2 I believe its like 4 years old so maybe even a first generation. Anyway his phone had to go back once because he dropped it in a toilet at a bar (all details on that incident stop now).
My one year old android phone constantly freezes turns off on its own with a full charge, calls my wife in the middle of conversations with friends discussing the anatomy of females on the street while we are driving by (yes that is an honest to w/e deity you pray to true story and yes she heard every word I said which gave me about a month's worth of marital strife) and fails to tell me about new texts, voice mails etc. It's a total pos and when this contract is up yes I will be looking hard at switching providers to get an Iphone. If price is a big problem that would be the only way to go android.

- JoeRussomanno

I was upgrading my contract. Cost was only $99 for the IPhone 4. The guy at Verizon told me this would be the best phone to get for what I need it for which is basic use.

If you have At&t then you could try the Samsung Galaxy Note. That has a massive screen.
- ob18

Duly Noted. I'm switching my phone to my wife's plan to save $ since my contract just ran out. I have T-Mobile now, but will soon be on AT&T. Her bill goes up $10 a month and my $140 bill goes bye-bye.

Just remember not to drop it in the toilet. As it turns out, there is NOT an app for that

I will openly admit to liking MJL. I understand he rubs people the wrong way but I almost want to dissagree with him b/c I like the way he debates. It is why I gave him that pic of vader to use as an avatar he's like the sith lord of argument i swear.

Edit: he's also the only commenter in here that I cannot picture for the life of me what he looks like so the vader pic adds to the effect imo.

Well, he did have the Burning Bush as an avatar years ago. I think Vader is more appropriate (especially if one totally mind-wipes one's self of the prequels).

Not smart to have your phone in your hand while hanging over the toilet.

if there was a way to turn my ipod touch into a phone I would do it in a heartbeat. I noticed this winter when it was like 20 degrees outside (yes I keep it in my truck so I never HAVE to listen to wip anymore ) I'd get in the truck turn it on and the thing is a freaken ice cube and still runs circles around my android phone.

I really can see it happening, is the thing. You're at the bar, it's about two thirds through the night, you half-thinking tossed your phone in your shirt pocket, you lean over to fluish, and SPLASH!

I dont go out to the bars much anymore. Did enough damage in my lifetime. I rather save the money and drink a 30 pack at home and watch TV.

The same person I mentioned, I personally witnessed him throw his ultra expensive ray ban glasses out the window of my truck while we were rolling down route 55. I had a 2 beer lunch while he had about a bottle of whiskey plus. I didn't think he did it at first but later on while he was having a hard time to watch the tv at the establishment we landed at yea I realized what I saw him do out the corner of my eye

Had a guy run into the bathroom and throw up on my leg because he couldn't hold it in.

Then proceed to cry because his gf is dancing with another guy.

Man stuff like this really makes me worry the chinese really will take over one day. Sorry but I grew up in the era where you mess with one guy's woman and were sure to receive punch in the face. Too much of this emo crying stuff going on. It's why I make my son watch old cartoons with me, you know the ones where violence was all part of the plan.

Tough night for that fella. At that point you have to chew gum and get back out on the dance floor and find yourself another honey.

I ended up throwing the jeans out the window with the boxers. Drove home naked with the gf beside me.

With me experience of car tickets I was very worried what the officer would say if he pulled me over.

That would be an issue for the one and only Plindbergh31 to advise you on! I never dealt with traffic! But if I was the officer who pulled you over I'd laugh and tell you to drive safe then get back in my squad car and tell my sleeping co-workers what I just saw
