hockey is pretty simple game. Dont bury your chance early on and you run risk of losing.

Secondly, its a 60Min game, Not 50, not 57min.

Second, completely agree with you on the deadline front. Absolutely no reason for hanging on to pending UFA's unless a deal is done. PA will sign in Florida and Nabby will probably end up signing with Chicago. Snow really dropped the ball this year - it's expected though. Since he's took over he really hasn't done anything that has made a whole lot of sense.

Bettman should tell Wang to hire an experienced GM and a true NHL coach to turn this around.

No reason to apologize for this crap. If Bettman was a true commisioner he should do what Pete Rozell did when the Giants were floundering in the 1970's. He made Wellington Mara hire a true GM, George Young of the Baltimore Colts. After the Giants drafted LT, Simms, etc..they made the playoffs and then won two Super Bowls. Capuano says the right things but as many have said and seen, when do those so called passengers get benched or switched to the 4th line?

P.a. Took a dumb (frank)ing penalty tonight. I like the guy but he should be scratched or played on the 4th line tomorrow.

Streit gave up on a potential icing with 30 seconds left tonight. He should get the C ripped off his jersey.

I believe cappy is frustrated but he does nothing to hold these guys accountable.

Here's my take on the new building...If I was the owner I would build a top notch state of the art practice facility...best in the NHL...this would lure free agents to come to LI/Brooklyn ...then in 2015 and sign a 5-10 year lease and go to Brooklyn.

They should have been sellers @ the deadline... not bringing anybody in.

It still cracks me up that some of you are happy we didn't trade this guy. He got a misconduct penalty in a game we lost 6-0 and everyone got ga-ga because he "showed emotion."
Great that he's played so fantastically since he wasn't traded. He's this year's Ville Leino. Watch.
