not even sure what to classify the Isles' level of poopness at.

Buffalo and Carolina earned 2 points each while the Leafs got 1. Superb! Montreal just started against Vancouver so I don't see the Habs earning much tonight. When all said and done, Isles should be bottom 3 in the league, hopefully dead last. Take the pick and move it for some talent, real talent!

Why Moulson? It was Parenteau who took the dumb penalty. The announcers said that he has taken dumb penalties his entire career. Maybe that's why he is playing for the Islanders. I know this Monday morning QBing but I would have traded both Parenteau and Nabokov at the deadline. Just bad team...organization awful...the Rangers will embarass them tomorrow night...

I'm sick of it too but not sure what I'm sick of. I mean you got this team of misfits and their play is so inconsistent its pathetic. Some nights it looks like we got a team of winners and other nights a bunch of monkeys trying to (frank) a football. Now I used to be critical and harsh of the players but I realize it's not all their faults. No no no, this falls on the coach and GM. The coach knows his players, knows what kind of athletes they are, strengths and weaknesses - the GM also knows and is ultimately the reason these players are on the Islander roster.

So I say give the players some respect but not much, they're actually doing the best they can, the best that's expected of them. Its clear to the fans now what we really have and its a band of gutless useless tits who couldn't cut it on any other team so they come here to wallow away. So Snow, ship these someone who is attracted to the opposite sexs out of town and bring in some guys who can actually play the game. Bring in some guys who will fight night in and night out for the logo on the shirt and not the name on their back. Get this team going you stupid piece of poop or step aside and let someone who's actually qualified give it a go.

Second, completely agree with you on the deadline front. Absolutely no reason for hanging on to pending UFA's unless a deal is done. PA will sign in Florida and Nabby will probably end up signing with Chicago. Snow really dropped the ball this year - it's expected though. Since he's took over he really hasn't done anything that has made a whole lot of sense.
