Actually you're wrong, this wasn't even in reference to the team but to Snow saying in so many words we are still in this, don't try and turn this into something else. I'm not some mindless moron and do me a favor and don't treat me as one, you know what it was in reference to and using Moulson to try and facilitate just that is adolescent. I watched Rolston in his youth and was crushed when he left NJ. He was one of my favorites. I'm not going to lie, when we brought him back after his back, to back, to back, 30+ goal seasons in Minny, I was excited. He was an utter failure from the very beginning. Played a handful of games, got that high ankle sprain and didnt really recover that entire first year. We were all optimistic he would rebound in year 2, but it just got even worse
He did nothing well. Defensive liability, no compete along the boards, slow foot speed, and the most inaccurate slap shot in the history of the league.
How Garth parted with any assets, even one as poopty as Hunter, is beyond me. The only way it makes any sense is if he was reaching for the cap floor. - WayneZ
Well to be honest getting rid of Hunter was a no brainer, they dumbed the guy into not hitting anymore which is status quo for this team. Without his hitting Hunter was useless. I thought maybe a change of scenery might change something for Rolston but it didnt, unfortunately it took Isles brass ill the trade deadline to realise it when most of us knew it in a m onth? The guy played on both PP units pretty much the entire season and was a worthless player in all ends of the ice. Every night it looked like he wasn't even trying and was disinterested. For Snow to take as long as he did when he got have brough one of his many "incredible prospects" up to play in his spot is beyond me?

And by the way I hope you kick our asses tonight. Not even because of the hope of a better draft pick but this team, GM, and owner don't even deserve to be in or a part of the NHL. They way these players come out and play the way this coach coaches and the way our GM sits there with his head up his ass and expects any person with even average intelligence to believe his bullshat the can go (frank) their hands really. After reading Dee's worthless interview with our amazing GM I actually hate him more than before, didn't think that was possible? First blog I've read since I first got on here and it will be my last. Good luck to your team tonight, you know the team with a real owner, GM, players that give a shat, etc...

I'm sure they can't really what they want to say... but not much you can do about that.
Hopefully we have a good draft, FA, and maybe a trade or two to make this team more consistant.
Everybody knows what we need... it's not easy to add when every other team wants the same thing.
I still want to add Suter and Parise in a package deal... they actually just mentioned the exact same thing on Sportnet. We may see them go to the same team.

What happen to Snow saying we'd be in this year? 5 year plan for what? To make the playoffs? No, it was to be a stanley cup cotender. If you think we are contending for the stanley cup next year then a got something else to sell you buddy.
