I just want people to stop spewing that myth. It's a big misconception. I know Roo's heart is in the right place just people read that and then Bryz will give up a goal and the internet will crash with people killing the guy for Captain Morgan and the Peroxide kid leaving.

There's only one conception. The organization decided to go in another direction period. IF them leaving had anything to do with Bryzgalov only one would have to go not both. The flyers decided they didn't want to be committed to those two for the length of time they were staring at. Other organizations now one, wanted to. Good for them, I am glad for both sides let it die already.

But this summer if the flyers don't win a cup we'll have to hear the loonies complain that if Homer didn't move those two for Bryzgalov (myth) we would have been so much better off blah blah blah.

That's really all that matters. The team decided to go in another direction. Both Frick and Frack have played well for the Kings and the team has had success since the trade, so good for them. I'll root for those guys until they face the Flyers

I agree with that as being the basic reason why they made the moves Joe. I do not believe it was so that they could add Bryzgalov.

And I personally love how the moves have turned out so far.

I have buried my issues with past Flyers over the last few years. Any issues I had with guys who ruffled my feathers were put to rest for good at the alumni game.

I like Carter and Richards. They did a lot of good for the Flyers and whatever sins they may have committed, it's in the past now.
