Jan 1st is the deadline for players to be able to play in the playoffs.


After the trade deadline rosters are set from a waiver standpoint. Any player claimed can't play in the regular season or playoffs.


Player trades can still happen as well but the players fall under the same guide lines as waiver claims after the trade deadline.

Manning is way over the hill, too. I'm sure that he'll be fully healed if he comes back this year, that was the point of not playing all last season. I think he could have come back at the end, technically, but why would he with the Colts being as bad as they were.

Manning is way over the hill, too. I'm sure that he'll be fully healed if he comes back this year, that was the point of not playing all last season. I think he could have come back at the end, technically, but why would he with the Colts being as bad as they were.
