Gerbe is about the same exact size as Theo Fleury and St. Louis, but is he as skilled? I think it's still too early to tell.
I am really disappointed that he hasn't made the jump this year, but you have to remember Lindy seems to always play him with grinders on the 3rd and 4th lines. He spent some time on the 2nd line this year and actually looked pretty good ( I forget with who), but of course Lindy broke it up after about three games.
If you look at his first AHL season: 57 gms, 30 goals, 26 assists, it's not ridiculous to think that he could still become a steady top-6 guy in the near future.

Never happen with the Skins or Seahawks, they have no WR's, Fins or Cards. IMO the Cards, Larry Fitzgerald is a stud. The Jets are a train wreck. - SABRES 89
