Team sources confirm to the New York Post that the Jets "are definitely interested" in Peyton Manning and will be in the mix to sign him.
The Jets will reportedly check out Manning's health before deciding on a commitment level. Much like the Redskins, we suspect the interest may be a trifle one-sided. NFL Network's Jason LaCanfora has consistently and adamantly stated that Manning wants no part of the Jets organization. NFL Network's Albert Breer confirms the Jets as well as the Seahawks have "done their due diligence" and discussed signing Manning.

There are only a couple teams I would avoid if I were peyton and Washington is one of them.

I am a Canadian and couldn't have been more proud of my country when they won the gold medal, especially beating the states. But this whole silver medal business really pisses me off, because miller in that tournament was 10x better than luongo or brodeur or any goalie for that matter and was the only reason the states were even in the final, he should be shown respect for such an accomplishment cause the states really didn't even have any business winning the silver nvm the gold.

And then there are the people that blame miller for the states losing cause the last goal was "weak". Sorry the saves that he made before that time and time again that should have been goals mean nothing i guess..... people who mock him for winning silver, or blame him cause of that goal, have no real knowledge of the game or position. That or they are just the typical canadian hockey fans that are the reason everyone else hates us
