No way. Besides, I think they know more than we do if he needs a day off. Besides, they are out of the playoff race, in games where Nabokov needs off, they can give Nilsson a few games at the NHL level. He's been the best AHL goaltender the past month, he's earned a look. Just because their next game is a few days away doesn't mean Nabokov hasn't played a lot these past 4-6 weeks.

Nilsson was really good when he played here in the swedish elit, I have really high hopes for him. He´s going to be our #1 golie in the future even better then Poulin.
So i think he´ll show us some good stuff today.

Ulstrom is one of the kids I love watching. Gritty, fast and unafraid of the corners. Might actually be a good winger for jt next year.

I know, but knowing the Devils, we will make Nilsson look like a (frank)ing all-star tonight.

Pretty good numbers for him in the AHL too.

Ullstrom-Nielsen-Bailey should be our third line next year. Good mix of size, skill and defense for a third line. We need a whole new second line though. Maybe Grabner with two other bigger players.

I was thinking Grabner and Ullstrom with Nielsen and Bailey centering the 2nd line with PA ( if we sign him)and a free agent winger. Trade for a power forward (ie. Ryan, Sanford, Brown, etc.) put him with JT and Moulson. Cizikas, Martin and Haley on the 4th line...Streit and KO are trade bait....

Soild game by Isles it's now or never!

Strome had a 10 point weekend in the OHL had 5 goals an a assist today plus 4 assist sat night. Kids gonna be one hell of a player in 40 games hes 28-36-64 +33.

Very nice two games. Energy level and team d was very good. Ullstrom and Casey and Andres looked good. Kids doing a very nice job. Would have been nice to win the Caps game. Isles at least still have a shot. It will not be easy.

All I can say is that I still believe!!!!!!!!!!!! Le'ts go Islanders. I really dig Cizikas. I like how he plays his game. Nilsson looks good. he didn't do much but really do what he is being asked to do. Hes really big.

Holy Cow woman... getting a Flu shot does not make you are 100% immune from getting the flu. You have got to give this one up... go back to blaming the refs for us losing or something.

Casey brings skill and passion. Hope to see DeHaan and Donovan next year. The future looks very bright especially if the Isles can add some solid vets.

Nilsson was not tested at all. My 7 year old brother could've recorded that shutout too.
