I don't know but when whipper isnt around, the Cheetos guy shows up.
- boonerbuck

Well if cheetos is his alias that means Whipper and his other alias went Kablooey and now he is on his third strike.

According to Sportsclubstats.com BUF has a 7.7% chance of making the playoffs so you might be right. Although I'd imagine every game is a must-win or have you given up entirely?
- AlexF

that's up significantly from last months 0.3%

What's the population up there now? Is the Waverly still going strong?

The population is just over 3,000 and The Waverly is still going strong. Saw Elliott Brood there a few months back, one of the best shows I've seen ( and I've seen a lot ). The place was seriously going OFF on a Monday night and the band was blown away!!

That dude is probably the one real Flames fan on this site with a bunch of alias accounts. No wonder Vetter seems to disappear for long periods of time.

I lived there for a bit many years ago when I was a kid. We had about 20 acres of property and an old farmhouse half way along the Royston Rd. Just up from Fallen Alders Hall.

The Waverly was referred to as a 'beer parlour' back then. There was an old lumberjack who lived across the road from us in a one room shack. Whenever he ran out of booze and his truck wasn't running, he used to come over and pay my mom to drive him up to the Waverly. I remember he stunk of hand rolled cigarettes and stale beer, but it was still fun going along for the ride.

Too funny!!

It's a pretty unique town, a great mix of old timers ( with coal dust in their blood ) and young families into the outdoor recreation opportunities and a really relaxed lifestyle. Mountains, rivers, lakes and the ocean all right at our doorstep and in Cumberland a multitude of mountain bike trails for hiking.

I wonder if CoHo still has an apartment in Van, and if all the guys are going back for a house wrecker after the game?

Normally a Tor v Mon game would be big, but these teams are so bad I'm not sure if I can watch. Last nights collapse by the Habs was brutal and what is there to say about the leafs that Burk hasn't already said.

I lived at 12th and Main when the punk houses got burned down. Fire alarm in my building went off at midnight and I had to stand around in the rain. Not cool.
