I agree. Although the constant reminders of their stetch-run choke are always welcome.

17 games left ,all kind of battles for top spot ,playoff battles ,trades and a whole bunch more and we get to listen to all the media outlets tell us about this ONE TEAM who they keep telling us is great. .

Gaurentee he has some smack talk about Kesler and Burrows. The 3 of them always find a way to make fun of each other

Whether we like it or not TO is still the biggest hockey market on the planet so news from that corner will always get a bit more fanfare. That said, they should definitely limit Leafs coverage on regional news outlets. If you didn't know any better it almost looks like the Leafs are the home team of every major city in Canada.

Screw the regional crap. I live in Ontario and hate those clowns. They media here in Ontario is like hawks blogger jj. One night they are cup favorites and the next they r a lottery team. None of they are insightful enough to look past the scoresheet, just like jj

This game means very little to the Sabres' playoff hopes, other than the fact that 2 points can never hurt. However, they're in a far, far better position of they lose tonight and beat Winnipeg than vice versa.

I'm not sure I'm confident in the Sabres getting one goal tonight to be honest. This feels like one of those games that Buffalo just won't have it.

However, what I'm hoping for is a shootout (not the statistical one, the high-scoring game one), kind of like the semi finals back in 2009, except it's both Hodgson and Kassian with hat-tricks.

I was just havin a little fun, I'd like the Canucks to win the Presidents Trophy again...second time around worked for some of the other teams when they won a Cup! Meaning these two points are important...at least to me.

According to Sportsclubstats.com BUF has a 7.7% chance of making the playoffs so you might be right. Although I'd imagine every game is a must-win or have you given up entirely?

Six to seven hours of verbal diarrhea coming from Dumb & Dumber and the rest of the little bridge trolls from CBC. The mute button is going to be hard at work tonight.

Winnipeg huge win last night. Calgary in big playoff run loses ,but we get to listen in to a man who should have been fired 2 years ago coaching a team that has been useless for 10 years.Lucky us.

idiots in the Ontario market...those sheep will follow any mirage that looks like it will turn the corner for them. Carlyle is a good coach, Burke now has the pressure squarely on him if this doesn't work out! At the end of the day, who really gives a sh!t. Let them wallow in misery for another 45 years.

Carlyle is a meaner version of Wilson. He too got fired for the same reason Wilson did.Just Burke giving another friend a job.

I understand if the want to run the press in Ont fine. The rest of Canada does not need to see those two faces everywhere we turn. If AV got fired I understand it would be local news here.It would not be on every sports site and holding national press confrences. This is just the Toronto media again telling us what we should be watching.

Except for the comments here, I'm avoiding the coverage. Don't want saturation to spoil the intrigue when CBC airs their movie of the week about it.
